By booking a tour or using our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Booking and Payment

• Reservations: All bookings are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation email from us.
• Payment: A deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid before the start of the tour, as specified in the booking confirmation.
• Payment Methods: We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards and bank transfers. Payment details will be provided at the time of booking.
  
  

3. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellation by Client: If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellation fees may apply based on the time of cancellation and our cancellation policy.
• Cancellation by Creatifi Holidays: We reserve the right to cancel a tour if the minimum number of participants is not met or due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
  
  

4. Changes to Itinerary

• Client-Initiated Changes: Requests for changes to the itinerary must be made in writing and are subject to availability and any additional costs.
• Creatifi Holidays-Initiated Changes: We reserve the right to make changes to the itinerary for reasons such as weather conditions, safety concerns, or other factors beyond our control. We will notify you of any significant changes as soon as possible.
  
  

5. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that you obtain comprehensive travel insurance that covers trip cancellations, medical expenses, personal injury, and loss or damage to personal belongings.

6. Health and Fitness

Participants are responsible for ensuring that they are in good health and physically fit to undertake the tour. Any pre-existing medical conditions or special requirements must be disclosed at the time of booking.

7. Liability

• Limitation of Liability: Creatifi Holidays is not liable for any injury, loss, damage, or delay arising from acts of God, acts of government, war, civil disturbances, labor disputes, strikes, theft, mechanical breakdowns, quarantine, or any other causes beyond our control.
• Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold Creatifi Holidays harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your participation in the tour.
  
  

8. Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to behave respectfully and adhere to local laws and customs. Creatifi Holidays reserves the right to remove any participant whose behavior is deemed disruptive or harmful to the group or the tour.

10. Intellectual Property
